Steps to Becoming an Accredited ISO Registrar
The first step to become accredited is to identify your current status. Are you currently a private non-accredited registrar (see step 2a) OR an individual who would like to form a new business and become an accredited registrar (see step 2b)?
As an active registrar, you will have your certification system in place and the methods to maintain your client lists, schedule for audits (certification and surveillance), bank accounts, licenses, insurances, business type (S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC, etc.), sales team, and your contract or employed auditors.
You may not currently have the requirements manual, procedures, and forms to be accredited to ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 (Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems). If that’s the case, do not worry! NAAB has all that material to assist you in becoming accredited.
As an entrepreneur who wants to have a potentially high-income business but do not know where to get started, we have a process in place that was specifically created for individuals wanting to take the big leap and start their own registrar. NAAB provides a certification system, methods to maintain your client lists, a schedule for audits (certification and surveillance), and ACH connections for automatic processing of payments.
This is the simplest step of all. CONTACT US NOW! We’re here to guide you through the entire process and make it as easy as possible.
